About This Business
From choosing your building site, to the final assessment of quality and scope of work, I will be your personal advisor. I will personally certify and negotiate contracts, for your new home or remodel. I’ve been an active General Contractor and Land Developer for seventeen years. I primarily cater to a custom home market. In addition, I’ve successfully completed many speculative homes; including the conception through completion of multiple construction and property development projects. I am proficient in all phases of residential and commercial construction and land development.
In addition to my construction management and communication expertise, I’ve held a Real Estate Sales License since 1977. My enthusiasm, work ethic, interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and seventeen years of production management make me someone who would be an asset to your new construction or remodel project.
I was employed with Shea Homes from 2005 to 2007, during which time I managed as many as 150 personnel and 72 subcontractors. I’ve managed three communities in San Diego County with home sale prices ranging from $700,000 to $2,000,000. During my employment I was successful in achieving an annual volume of 45 homes and a 135 lot residential subdivision. In summary, my comprehensive experience will be an asset to your home building or remodel needs focusing on Eugene, Lane County and outlying cities of Oregon.
